Ranexe sat by the lagoon. It was a nice calming place an that's why she loved to come here. Occasionally a faerie ((Yes I use that spelling... so kill me)) would fly by or she'd the the tip of a tail surface, but she paid them no attention and continued to read her book. It wasn't until she heard a noise behind her that she started to remember the outside world.

(That is the best spelling of faerie) "Whatcha doin' in this world? Relaxing? Yeah right, we're nobodies, we've got no emotions, so we don't get stressed (HUGE BENEFIT!!!). Then again, even birds have to rest after a flight, so I suppose such is the plight of the nobody." Ehntrix prattled after spotting one of his teammates by a lagoon. (so much for the call to activity......)

"Oh, it was you." She turned back to the lagoon. Sighing, she replied. "You just lucky or petty dumb? We have emotions, they're just shattered and fractured. It's what truly makes the existence so hard. Or are you lucky? did you get swept of all emotion?" Ranexe's studies often astounded her, but there were times where she was frightened by her findings. Something she had lost the ability to say was only an act.

"I think I was just rather lucky, for this stage in my life, I turned into a nobody while I was still a teenager, so maybe that has something to do with the kind of nobody the person turns into, maybe the younger, the less developed/recognizable the emotions are as a nobody, it stands to reason, as I can only recognize and understand (to a point) the really good emotions," he pondered aloud, "Anyway, you ignored my question of what you're doing here." he pointed out.

Ranexe laughed "Neverland is the land of a child's dreams. Even on Pern we have them. Once I knew what it was, I had to visit. For one thing being a Dragonrider matures you, and for another when I became a nobody I really was 18, despite my current appearance of age. So I longed for that land of my childhood. I'd give anything to be back on Pern. You don't know the burden of life without a dragon." Ranexe was unable to continue, tears starting to choke her.

Ranexe shook her head. "I'm fine. When you impress your dragon and you are bonded for life. Only death can break this bond. I think my dear Azylth knows I have not truly passed. She awaits my return. It's why I keep living."

"But she really doesn't know it's me, and the bond became much weaker when I became a nobody. Now i have some business to attend to." and she opened a portal and dissapeared
((Trying to cut down on all the ranes in different places... she's only gonna be where she's needed for plots at the moment... and that's kinda stretched as it is... ofcourse one of the things has been inactive forever but...))
